The La CouronneRestaurant-Brasserie in Wissembourg, Alsace also has a large selection of beers, including the beer made by the brewers of Hochfelden, which, in 1640, was brewed by the monks of Wissembourg.

Located just a few kilometres from the vineyard, the Couronnehas a wide choice of wines and Alsatian sparkling wines from Cleebourg’s wine cellar on its wine list.

The vines in the Cleebourg region were probably introduced during the 9th century by the Dominican monks of Wissembourg.

These wines are the perfect accompaniment to our traditional Alsatian dishes.
